great location...very good breakfast

Booking is an international leader in the industry, and for that reason I expect a level of coordination that matches its standards. In my case, the information regarding the issue I was facing, as well as my follow-up message, did not reach the hotel with the necessary speed. In situations like mine, where location and timing can be critical, I believe it is important that communication between Booking and its partner properties is as fast as possible, ideally within a few hours, in order to avoid inconvenience for the customer. I would also like to highlight the kindness and professionalism of the reception staff, who did everything possible to find a solution.

Very conveniently located across the road from Porta Susa station. Staff were all polite and professional, the room was spacious and clean, well furnished with a quality feel and a good bed.

Excellent location for an overnight or short break in Turin. Directly opposite the train station with direct train links to the airport. Staff very helpful and friendly. Easy walking distance to the historic centre and some great bars and restaurants nearby the hotel itself.

The staff were helpful and nice. The hotel next to the Susa Station. Near restaurantes, galeteria, fast food. Lagguage storage after check out as well. The breakfast was nice, plenty variation of food.

Our journey was nice, the staff was considetate and professionnal. The room was perfect for 3 (parents with child) : very clean and well arranged. Most of all, the hitel is well located in Turin, 5 min in bus to join Piazza Castello. Very nice experience.

In The room in front of the road was impossible to find quite during night. The sound isolation of the windows was insufficient

“Good choice in Torino”

I overall had a positive experience, with a few notable drawbacks. One of the biggest advantages is the location. The hotel is conveniently situated near Torino Porta Susa train and metro station, making it very easy to get around. The surrounding neighborhood is pleasant and lively, with a good selection of restaurants, cafés, a very popular gelateria, and even a Scottish pub. It’s also an easy and enjoyable walk to the city centre, which adds to the appeal. Another strong point is the staff. Both the front desk and housekeeping teams were consistently professional, efficient, and very friendly, which made the stay more comfortable and welcoming.
