“HORRIBLE”

There is nothing to like. It’s far away from 5 stars hotel! The hygiene is awful. The food is terrible and there isn’t a thematic food like in the others 5 stars hotels. We had a lot of complaints to guest relation and I am extremely grateful to Annie because she repeatedly tried to make our stay better and took into account every problem and resolved it!

Great room for families, perfect value for the money. Great shows ar night, good facilities for kids, amazing personnel.

“Had a wonderful holiday, would definitely like to return”

The pool was huge measuring around 103m long. The beach was private and the swim area fantastic, we loved sitting on the jetty . The walk to the shops / bars is easily accessible and only a short walk . All areas inside and out were very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful, enjoyed many lunches at the poolside bar. All inclusive cocktails and drinks were really good . We had a lovely sea view room.

I am writing this review mainly to highlight a few exceptional staff members. I would like to sincerely thank Emine, who cleaned our family room (2404) every day for 7 days, for her kindness, friendliness, and excellent work. She is a very helpful, understanding, and professional member of your team. I would also like to thank Said, who was serving ice cream. With his friendly attitude and warm smile, he was doing his job perfectly. The evening shows were also enjoyable.

We had the best all inclusive resort experience ever! The service was amazing, the food was delicious, the location was perfect. The facilities be it pool, kids club or the beach exceeded our expectations. Special thanks to Aybars in customer relations and Melis in kids’ club for making our stay extra pleasant. We will come again!

“Lovely mid range hotel, well located and value for money.”

Great location, nice beach and 10 mins walk along the promenade for shopping and views of the marina. Lovely pool and settings. Table service for all inclusive snacks and drinks were a good touch, no need to queue up for ages. Boat trips and water sports on site. Beautiful sunset daily - unforgettable views from the sea view rooms. Polite and helpful staff.

The staff were really helpful, friendly and easy to talk to. The food options were quite varied which was great in particular when you have children who are selective eaters.

We went as family/group of friends. We were 21 in number, adults and kids. The service was exceptional. I would like to especially say thank you to all the staff. Annie at the Guest Relations desk was very professional and helpful. She answered all queries and resolved all issues presented. Ismail, one of the service guys in the restaurant, was also very helpful. We also met these delightsome twins as staff at the restaurant. Everyone was helpful. We would like to visit again. We had more than enough to eat and drink. Lots of activities for adults and kids.

The staff were generally very friendly and helpful. A big shout out the the nurse at the doctors room, the lady at the reception and Metmet Ali at the dinning. I liked that there were sweets and detox drinks at the reception after over eating from the wide variety of foods both at the dinning hall and restaurants around the resort
