Everything was perfect. The apartment is even nicer than it looks in the photos. You have everything that you need and even more. It is close to the central beach (300 m) and it is near the town center and the port, there is a huge hipermarket (Plodine) just around the corner. You do not need the car at all. The landlady and the staff are super nice, we could move in earlier than the check-in time and we got a welcome package of wine, chocolate and olive oil. It is a wonderful place we will come back

We loved absolutely everything at Apartmani Rubinic, starting with Nataša's welcoming approach, everything is very new, clean, the pool is breathtaking. We enjoyed the facilities outside very much, it's a very family friendly place. The staff is always smiling and they're always helpful. But what we loved the most and the reason we'll definitely need to come back are the turtles, our kids instantly fell in love with them and didn't want to leave the place :) The beached are very close, we drove there by car for more convenience, all beaches are beautiful, you can find beach bars there, toilets. Other cities are approachable within minutes, a week is a must stay for sure. Plodine supermarket is right next to the apartments, 2 minutes on foot.

I originally thought that all the reviews were fake, because they were just too positive. However, when we arrived I realized, the reviews are legit. Everything super clean, our kids liked the swimming pool , biliard table, football table, it was really nice to stay at this hotel. The room was fantastic, we were afraid of the noise from the main road, but it was not a problem at all. It was quiet, air conditioning worked. All in all everything was perfect! It is just good that the owners really care about every detail.

This place was created with love, we were excited! Everything was great!

Beautiful apartment, nice owners. New facility, located 2 minutes walk from the sea. Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Everything in place: fridge, freezer, dishwasher, air conditioning in each room, large bathroom. High quality towels and bedding. Towels changed twice during the stay (7 days). In addition, the apartment has a balcony overlooking the sea (we were on the second floor). Very large indoor swimming pool. Sun loungers next to the pool. In addition, you will find in this facility a large grill, a roofed external part where you can comfortably spend time, drink coffee from the coffee machine available to guests. There is also a refrigerator outside. There is also a game available - table football. In addition to children's play wages. The stay in this hotel is very comfortable. Next to the hotel - 2 mins on foot you also have a large supermarket. In close proximity to the city center - bars and restaurants. In our opinion, it was the most comfortable hotel in Croatia we stayed in. Congratulations to the owners for their taste and high quality of customer service.

We visited in low season and were lucky to have most of the apartment hotel to ourselves. It's fairly new, very clean and built to a luxury standard. Large warm indoors swimming pool. Lots of facilities for children.. Supermarket next door. Very welcoming host. Thank you!

The apartments are located on the street, but the traffic is not audible at all. Brilliant pool. Everything was just perfect. The apartment can be said to be sterile. Great owner with great empathy. Natasza, thank you for your help in arranging medication and medical consultation. I would highly recommend. I'm already dreaming of going back there.

This place is fantastic! We would highly recommend it to everyone! The property is absolutely clean and stylish. It is exactly the same as shown in the pictures and within walking distances to various attractions. Super well supplied, the pool is absolutely brilliant! Host, Nataša is amazing, extremely welcoming and makes you feel like at home. We have accidently left some valuables behind and she posted it to us the following day – thank you so much Nataša, we will definitely be coming back.

“Just a perfect place”

Location is very good - there is a big supermarket with ATM nearby. From this point you can explore other places like Zadar, Biograd na Moru, Sukosan.. Apartments are very clean and well equiped, with everything you can need. Honestly, this was my first time to have a such full equiped kitchen in rented apartment, there was just everything. Towels are provided on your needs. Whole area is clean, it has a very good organized concept - you have a children´s playground there, activities for older children too, summer kitchen with toaster, free coffee and limonade, but the top is indoor pool with teracce and sundecks. The water in pool is total clean (as whole area) and just lovely. The host Natasa really cares, if you need something just ask her, she is always there for her guests. I can only recommend this apartment from my heart, for us it was the best choise for our holiday in Croatia.

Everything is perfect, we regretted that we came only for one week, we really liked it and wanted to stay longer. Very nice hostess won our hearts. Cozy apartments, a clean pool with a jacuzzi, for children there is a cool playground with toys and bicycles, swings, our child was delighted. Ideal for families with children. I also liked the common terrace where you can drink delicious coffee. In reality it looks even better than in the photos. we hardly used the car, there is a shop nearby and 5 minutes to the beach. The beach is also good, clean, mostly small pebbles. Many thanks to Natasha for the warm welcome and we will definitely come back next year.

We were very satiisfied with the accomodation, the owner was very kind and generous. The pool and the apartaman were clean. The location was great, only 5 minutes from the sea.

the cleanest apartment ever! we didn't care too much if our babies eat something that fell on the floor, since there was cleaner than in our own apartment 😁 and we liked the smell of freshness as well! the heated indoor pool helped us to spend quality time on rainy days and on sunny days as well. outdoor lounge with children playground was perfect. The host cleaned/washed all the children toys before we arrived... we can just say thank you for being so nice!!! we spent 3 days there, we didn't have so much time to give a try on indoor lounge, but hope we will soon, since we plan to come back again and again. and finally the host and the people there, they were so kind, so professional, the whole service was at the highest level. Thank you for making us feel special.

Hosts were super (baby)friendly. There were many toys within the BIG yard, the swimming pool is excellent and if you don't want or can't spend all your time at the beach, this is a great place to stay. Rooms are clean and arranged in a modern and intelligent way. Free wifi is fine (although sometimes it was somehow paralysed). Balcony is big and even though the main road is near, we often used it at night. Anyway, windows are of high quality and the bedroom is on the other side, so cars were not disturbing for us. Beech is close as it is the centre and a shop. We wholeheartedly recommend especially to families with kids! PS: It was a great bonus for us that we could check in sooner. THX :)
