Set on the shores of Lake Trasimeno, La Fattoria del Rio di Sopra - Agriturismo Baldeschi dates back to the 18th century. The apartment where my family and I stayed was absolutely charming! It was comfortable, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the essentials, including a well-stocked kitchen. The surrounding area is simply breathtaking; waking up here felt truly magical. Check-in and check-out were handled very smoothly, and we felt incredibly welcome. This is a place I would return to without hesitation!

“Perfect place to escape”
It was beautiful! I want to say thank you to Samira, she was amazing really kind and helpful, and made our stay special. It was easy to communicate and chat. We felt ourselves at home. Beautiful place and amazing people. Since we travel without car it was a bit difficult to go somewhere from there but we love to walk 😅

More like a traditional B&B. Lovely caring staff and well looked after and cared for property. Quaint rooms with lots of space in the bedroom and living areas. Very clean with lovely linen. Super easy parking and arrival/departure.

The apartment was quite large - kitchen, separate dining area and separate lounge/sitting area. the kitchen was well equipped. We cooked dinner every night of our stay. There was a separate laundry. The location was rural and as such was a place to relax rather than for shopping. There was a large grocery store a couple of minutes drive away. Larger towns were not far away. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was excellent, recommended. Rooms were lovely, big, comfortable. Setting is excellent and very well maintained. Staff very welcoming and friendly. We found the location perfect for day trips to Perugia, Siena, Florence and Assisi.
