Paolo, the owner is great, he took time explaining area and he seems like a nice person. He likes to be in controle and likes to be informed on what’s going on and not have too many surprises. The views from the B&B are amazing. Really great. The place has a nice pool. And the surroundings are very quiet. Breakfast is okay. Lunch is good. Good place to park a car.

“One of the two best accomodations in Italy we have been to!”

The first time we stayed at Villa Sensi was in 2013 and we have been back numerous times since. It's a great place in the middle of a nature reserve with a fantastic view across Lago Trasimeno. The rooms are spacious and each one facing the lake has its own balcony. The swimming pool is very nice and you can relax after your daily tours. Paolo is a great host looking after his guests, always friendly and helpful with a lot tips for excursions in the area and restaurants. This time we stayed with friends who loved the place like us. Not to forget the breakfast which was excellent! We will come back next year. Thx Paolo for a great time!!

“Beautiful Villa Sensi”

We had the most beautiful stay from start to finish! Paolo and Vittoria were absolutely fantastic they went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. So, kind, caring, and couldn't do enough to be sure we were ok. The breakfast was delicious, the room had the most beautiful view of the lake from our balcony, we had air con, a fridge and the bathroom had lots of little products we could use, the pool was relaxing with a great view. Thank you so much for making our first trip to Italy one to remember. We will definitely be back.

The location is superb. You can see the majestic views of the Lake Trasimeno from the rooms and breakfast area. The pool is also very good. The area is very peaceful and serene. Paolo is a very welcoming host. He is very knowledgeable about the area, speaks very well English, gives you great recommendations of restaurants and in general is very pleasant to talk to. Paola takes care of breakfast in the morning Breakfast is served with both savory and sweet options. Paola looks after the breakfast and she also offers to make for you fresh scrambled/fried eggs and they were super delicious.

This could easily be the best place I have ever stayed in. From the minute you arrive to the minute you leave the customer service is 5 star. Paolo was an amazing host he goes above and beyond to make you feel at home it just made the whole experience that much better especially when travelling alone. I will be back to visit 100%, the views were incredible, breakfast was really good, and everything was such good value for money. A beautiful hidden gem :)

The view, lovely breakfast, pool, peace and the owner Paolo who is an absolute gem! A strategic position for visiting various hill and lake towns and well worth the drive up the hill. The rooms are simple but clean and tidy.

“Mountain top Oasis”

Oasis on top of the Mountain! Paulo was very warm and welcoming, so friendly and welcoming to us. Room was comfortable and we loved the outdoor swimming pool. Located just 5 minutes drive to Tuoro.

“Gorgeous views, great pool, basic rooms, a little bit in the woods”

Gorgeous views from room and pool, really quiet, super nice Host Paolo who even gave us beer for free! The room is pretty basic but nice, and the bed has the hardness equivalent of wood, but we were happy regardless!

Everything. Room was very comfortable and B&B was located on top of hill with fantastic view from our terrace on lago Transimeno. Very nice swimming pool as well. Very friendly welcome by B&B owner who gave us interesting info about nice places to visit and paper with list of recommended restaurants . We tried 3 of them and the food was exceptional. We visited fabulous Assisi (not that far with express way) and beautiful Cortona.
