Very good service and feel at home

Emna is the best, she helped me with absolutely everything I needed. My stay was much better thanks to her.

Lovely hotel, exceptionally clean and comfortable. Very pleasant and helpful staff. It is peaceful even though it is located close to the central station. Really convenient for travel to Carthage and the beaches along the northern coast as well as locations in the city. Coffee at breakfast is great, and there are very smooth and accommodating check in/check out procedures. Many thanks especially to Emna who was so helpful and considerate throughout my stay!

Staff were excellent - very friendly and helpful

I had a lovely stay at Hôtel Suisse Tunis and felt it was definitely worth the price. The room was large, clean, comfortable and the bathroom was well-equipped with fresh towels included. I also appreciated the free coffee and sweets on arrival. Despite of no need at the time there is air conditioning and a tv in the room. Early breakfast was not a problem. A special shout-out to the lady at reception—I'm sorry I forgot your name! She was kind, helpful and spoke excellent English. She even assisted me and another hotel guest in arranging and sharing the cost of a ride to Dougga and back. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and would happily recommend this hotel to other travelers.

“Acceptable and affordable stay near train station and city centre”

I needed a last minute accommodation for the night and found this hotel acceptable. I wanted to take the train the next morning and the hotel is located right next to the train station, hence my choice. Staff was very friendly.

t is difficult to overstate how important front desk staff are in a smaller hotel, where customers are looking to feeling connected with a city and a country they have never visited before, and we very much appreciated the wonderful staff at the Hôtel Suisse Tunis. Because we saw more of them, we give a particular shout-out to Emna and Emin. They really helped make our stays (one of 4 nights at the start of our holiday and a final night before we flew home) quite special. The hotel’s location relative to the medina, to downtown, to louage and train stations is a big plus. Our room for the initial stay was likely smaller than most as it was more ample the second time. Its location on an alley street, beside two other small Swiss-themed hotels, allows for more privacy and we never had noise issues. Oh yes, I must mention the four-hour breakfast window (7h-11h) and early check-in (11h) are convenient for both early and late starters. Highly, highly recommended.

Large, comfortable double room. Good location not far from the medina. The hotel was located down a small pedestrian alley so that the room was completely quiet, but the alley was lit up like daylight at night, so it felt perfectly safe to walk there. Excellent shower and bathroom facilities, and a nice breakfast served in the morning. The staff were very friendly and helpful in making travel arrangements.

Breakfast everyday was ok they accomodated for our veggie diet, the location is very central and everything is easily within walking distance reach with central market and local cafes and shops round the corner, and the staff are very friendly and helpful
