“Amazing relaxation”
The breakfast was ok but not delicious but the overall experience and the location of the hotel was extremely amazing for us and the kids had an amazing time and they want to go again. The team was extremely nice and gentle and the rooms was clean and super nice

“Visit alfayoom”
The location and quietness were amazing The staff were welcoming and helpful especially Tarik from house keeping and Mustafa in reception and so the bar man and kitchen'cheif and waiters The food is delicious and fresh especially the stuffed pigeon and money value They gave us after dinner urban tea on charcoal and grilled sweet potatoes which enhance the vibes especially in cold night on the lake They got flora trips departing from the resort I loved helping me not walk too much by requesting for me tok tok to come from the lake shore and going to Tonis vallge. Location is reachable by most of near by facilities spa,mud hand craft shops..etc. There is ATM machine nearby and grocery shop.

From the moment we arrived, Mahmoud Elkady at the reception made us feel incredibly welcomed. His professionalism and warm demeanor set the tone for a fantastic experience. One of the highlights of my trip was the jeep desert excursion organized by the hotel. It was an unforgettable adventure that allowed me to experience the beauty of the desert in a unique and exciting way. Even though my stay was brief, everything from the service to the activities left a lasting impression. I highly recommend the venue to anyone looking for a mix of comfort, hospitality, and adventure.

“It is a new facility and not running at full capacity so some of those things are excusable.”
It was very clean and the service was excellent, waitstaff very attentive to Egyptian families. The pool was amazing and clean. Landscaping was lovely.
