“Best place to stay at Tulum!”

This is a local, mexican family owned super nice place, the vibe is like you part of their family :) they arrange transport if you need for a very very fair price at tulum, use their service instead of taxi ;) the cenote is amazing, Kayak is included if you stay there, supercool, we were before in a fancy place in the parque Jaguar but loved this more! I would bet that this is the best place in the whole streetline of hotel area of Tulum ;)

It was quiet. The air was so fresh. I slept great. There is a very nice beach across the street. It was a nice size room. The staff is great. A nice, free breakfast is made for you as you arrive in the morning.

The people attending us were super nice! Additionnally, it s a quiet and modest place with lot s of nature in the middle of the Tulum crazyness full of oversized and oberstyled hotel resorts. The hotel has access to a nice open cenote with a beautiful view on the the sunset.

The cenote makes this place special and it feels like a proper eco resort...not flash but fantastic.

Situated in the non tourist area of Tulum so it is very quiet and authentic. The cenote is beautiful and being someone who likes nature I loved this jungle experience.

“A decent accomodation close to nature”

A great location near a cenote for which you can borrow a kayak. The environment was quiet and peaceful with a decent breakfast for the price.

This is an amazing find, it’s so peaceful and tranquil and a beautiful location. The cabanas are simple but comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and she made pancakes for the children even though they weren’t on the menu! They were very attentive and so relaxed. Thank you for welcome us.

“Beutiful Cenote”

This place is like a piece of Heaven. The whole cenote is just there by walking from your room. It is full jungle and nature experience. The stuff are so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was small but very tasty. The sunset at the terrace was so spectacular. Rooms are very authentic. Clean and there nets everywhere. At night it is so quite. You only hear animals. There is also free beach enterance but it is 10mins walking distance. The only negative thing i can tell is location. It is very end of Tulum at the dead area but believe me it is definetely worth to stay there.

Quiet area of the Hotel Strip; doesn’t have direct access to the beach but is close to beach clubs; free access to the cenote; friendly staff; atmosphere; it’s a truly ecological experience.

Absolutely loved the place and the nearby Cenote. A piece of heaven.
