“It was a terrible night for my family”
Because of the shape of the room, you can hear every noise around. At 04:00 am next room opened music loudly in the garden. we all family woke up. I get out the room to warn him but his dog barked and ran after me. There was no one at reception when i called. Probably he was using dr*gs and didnt stop for an half hour. A normal Human being would stop the noise, but he didnt, Because he knows there was no one from staff. we were about to call police but than afraid, maybe he is a criminal, than wait helplessly . Next morning i asked to guys at reception about this situation, They even didnt say sorry. For Families I never recommend if you brave enough to deal with those kind of people you may try.

What did you like? Only the location in Tulum’s beach zone. The natural surroundings are beautiful, but the hotel’s condition completely overshadowed this. Unfortunately, nothing else.

Perfect location! Right in the middle of the party zone, and although music next door is incredibly loud the location is great. It is great having beach beds included and the staff are incredibly helpful and accommodating.

Location in the party zone, but that's it. Unfortunately it's right next door to Bagatelle beach club so the bass is thumping all day. However the staff were super friendly and accommodating. I'm sure we weren't the first ones to complain about the room and noises.

“Amazing Hotel with wonderful Staff and perfect location”
The whole team working there was outstanding and extremely friendly. From Reception to the Restaurant, to the Beach Club and also the Cleaners and Security. Everyone does a great job and makes us feel extremely welcome. For my mom and me it was our third time here and we will be back for sure many times and always book Las Estrellas when we are in Tulum. It feels like home already. Friends of us also stayed here and really enjoyed it. The location is also perfect and parking with our car was also easy. Breakfast was also wonderful, especially with the close proximity to the beach, the friendly staff and the great taste. Sun Beds are also some of the very best in Tulum. Love this place and recommend it to everyone:)

The room was very nice and big, with a comfortable bed, big bathroom, hot water and all you need for a nice stay. The beach was amazing, very clean, with comfortable sunbeds. The place is in the party zone but this was what we were looking for so the music from the nearby club was not a problem for us.

“Boho luxe with friendly staff”
The hotel was lovely and bohemian with lots of unique features. I have never stayed anywhere like it! I was very lucky with the room I was assigned as it had the biggest balcony. I loved the size of the bed too! We loved the staff who were so accommodating and friendly. They looked after us so well. Loved the toiletries on offer too.
