“Luxurious and relaxing apartment”

Everything! We stay in my apartments and this had to be the most trending, luxurious and relaxing one by far. Easy check in, lifer to top floor. Restaurants, shops, laundry in local area. We had a car which I would say is need for the location.

The property was amazing! We had the penthouse apartment which was 2 floors with a massive kitchen/ dining room, 2 bathrooms and a huge bedroom with a balcony. It also had the balcony with a hammock and the pool which was a really good size! The staff were so helpful and replied almost immediately. There is a security guard at the entrance to the complex so we felt really safe, loads of restaurants and cafes within walking distance and only a 10-15 min drive to the beach.

Amazing neighborhood and very good location, around 10 minutes drive to the main area. The apartment was very clean, modern, spacious and has tropical vibes. The bed is very comfortable. The host was very friendly and helpful.

We had a pleasant stay in this hotel. The staff is very kind and helpful, the immediately helped us with all our requests and also gave good recommendations for visiting the area and good restaurants! The locations is good if you have a car, its easy to park.

“Beautiful modern spacious stay in Tulum”

Beautiful building , amazing features , brand new feel. Super size bathroom and bedroom with balcony. Amenities like coffee machine in the room. Parking available on site. The bed was amazing

This apartment is absolutely amazing. New and so comfortable. We loved the small things like salt and dishwashing liquid ect that was available in this apartment.

This place is a total disgrace. Almost had a fire, as a light was exploding. Electricity went off. Had to sleep in the dark without electricity. Nobody picked up the phone to help. And it continued even worse. We left after 2 days.

“Beautiful property”

The property is beautiful, clean, and in a safe neighborhood. The room had everything we needed for our short stay and the staff were always readily available whenever we needed anything (before and during the trip). The area felt safe and there are lots of food options (about 10 mins walk). Our room was facing the main road, so it was quite noisy during the day and in the early morning, so make sure to book a room facing away from that if you like to sleep in. I also highly recommend renting a car or scooter as the place is quite some distance from the main town and beach.
