A magical and peaceful stay in Tulum! We had a wonderful time at Pepen Holistic Experience. The atmosphere is incredibly relaxing and the entire space is surrounded by nature, which made me feel completely disconnected from the noise of the outside world. The staff was kind, attentive, and always available to help. House was clean, beautifully designed, and had a very calming energy.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, situated in a beautiful site, which is perfect for couples looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. The peaceful surroundings made it feel like a true getaway, and while renting a car is highly recommended for arriving in the area mainly because it is quite away from city and main beaches (Zona Hotelera) I made the mistake of renting a scooter, which wasn’t ideal for longer drive. But if you’re planning to stay for an extended period, I’d suggest the management to adding a few more choices to keep things fresh, especially for those who prefer more variety. A big highlight was the amazing staff. Alan, Isis, Ronaldo, and the head chef were particularly outstanding, always going above and beyond to ensure we felt at home. The rooms were cleaned daily, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was good. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing stay.

Well off the beaten track. Beautiful location. Staff were wonderful. Chef went above the call of duty with accommodating choices and served beautifully prepared dishes. Love it.

The service and attention from the staff, in particular Pedro during check in and Roy and the chef in the kitchen. All the staff were so kind and always went above and beyond. They helped us to organise a tour of one of the cenotes as well. The location is in the jungle and a perfect place to disconnect. Our room was so beautiful and comfortable with a very large, comfortable bed. We saw amazing birds, lizards and butterflies during our stay as well. I would definitely stay here again to be surrounded by amazing nature and disconnect from the busier town accommodations.

Unique location in the jungle and amongst many cenotes including the famous Dos Ojos for diving. Private and peaceful to reconnect with nature and we enjoyed 2 nights here on our honeymoon with the staff laying a beautiful display on our bed for us. We loved the yoga shala and the pools filled with cenote water were refreshing.

The rooms are very beautiful and the hotel very well located if you want to see the cenotes. Staff ist really nice and accommodating.

The location and space is beautiful and has a very nurturing energy. Staff are very attentive and sweet. There was lots of nature surrounding you and various options for contemplative quiet time.

Secluded location far from the noisy, touristic and overpriced beach resorts. The stuff was very friendly and helpful. We preferred the place much more in comparison to posh beach resorts.
