Do not book this hotel. The accommodation is run-down and in very poor condition, completely inconsistent with the photos shown on Booking. The room was unhygienic: the toilet did not function, water pressure was extremely low, and the room and floor were dirty. There was visible water damage, rust, and poorly maintained sealing areas throughout the room. The private pool was cloudy with greenish water and not usable. The bed linen was also dirty and had visible rust stains. When we mentioned this, we were told that other guests had experienced the same issue with rust-stained bedding, which is unacceptable. Additionally, we were assigned the wrong room and did not receive the room category we originally booked. For 80 € per night, even at a discounted rate, this felt extremely misleading and not worth the price. Overall, the hotel is severely deteriorated and not suitable for an overnight stay.

Felt like a scam, all the bad reviews we read before going turned out to be true: stained towels and bedsheets, we didn’t get in any of the pool as they had not been cleaned in a very long time, the beach is not accessible (there is a reason why there is only a couple pictures) and I can’t stress enough how bad the restaurant was

Really friendly staff at reception and restaurant who did all possible to create a great stay. Quiet location well off the Tulum beaten track - not for everyone but perfect for us. Good breakfast included. Nice pools overlooking the sea. Turtles came up on hotel beach to lay eggs at night. Private cenote a lovely place to spend the afternoon and easy to explore the Yucatan area from this base.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed to be in a quiet place with only the noise of the ocean. It is conveniently located 20 minutes away from Tulum Pueblo where you can find great cheap options for lunch and dinner. The view was fantastic. We had the room with a private plunge and enjoyed it. However there are two pools accessible to everyone, one next to the restaurant and one on a rooftop. They have parking on site which is very convenient - if you want to explore, it is better to have a car and we heard that taxis are very expensive in Tulum. They also have a private cenote, which is a 20-min drive, but free of charge for hotel customers (vs 150 ou 200 pesos for any cenote in Tulum). They even provided water shoes for it.

Nuria and the hotel (+restaurant) crew took care of us like we were family. The hotel has a great caribbean view. The hotel offers their own amazing Cenote experience - dont miss it out!

Great stuff, good food, room very clean and well equipped.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is on a private street with a guarded entrance. The hotel guests have free entry to a private cenote, if you are lucky, you are the only ones using it on that day. The hotel pools are also nice.

Nuria and the staff was so kind. They helped us in every regard.

The hotel in general was "nice enough". The ved was good, the breakfast was good and if course the view with the beach is great.

The staff are friendly and helpful. Shout out to Nuria for taking care of us when our scooter broke down. We appreciate all you did for us.
