The apartment is beautiful, equipped with some extras. For instance tea maker, coffeemaker with capsules, toaster, smoothie maker, beach towels, teas, stevias, olive oil etc…Above of this the owner has surprised us with a premium bottle of wine and bonbons. In the bathrom there were premium quality shower gel and shampoo and further extras. The flat was really clean and spacious. The appartment is highly recommended 10/10!

“The most beautiful place in Mexico”

Everything was great. Very pleasant area. It was quiet, safe and green. There was parking next to the building. The building in which the apartment was located was very well maintained. The apartment itself was perfect. Beautifully decorated and very well equipped. We had delicious coffee to use, we even got a small gift in the form of wine (very good) and a sweet snack. In the bathroom there were not only toiletries and clean towels but also toothbrushes, toothpaste etc. The bedroom was perfect - the bed was comfortable and the bedding was first class. On the balcony there was a table and chairs, plants and lamps which created a very nice atmosphere. The icing on the cake was our host - Barbara - a wonderful person without whom none of this would have been possible.

The apartment is like from the pictures. Feels like at home. The pool is nice to watch the sunsets. Barbara is very helpful. If you stay there - rent a car or a motorbike. Because in the heat, it's hard to walk or take a bike.

Barbara and her husband were the best hosts anyone could ask for. Everything in this place looks sparkling clean, tidy, great bedding, amazing towels and the place is in perfect conditions. No fault was found and they were constantly in contact checking if everything was alright or If I need it anything else. I even got given a lovely bottle of wine on arrival and that was just the perfect gift given the experience I had on our overpriced previous accommodation the week before. This was a last minute booking but this apartment was everything I was hoping Tulum was going to be. The building has a rooftop pool and there is security 24/7 at the front desk. Aldea Zama is great in terms of location and facilities in general just be mindful that shops like 7 Eleven, restaurants, groceries, etc will cost twice to three times what you would pay in town. Other than that this apartment exceeded my expectations and I will happily stay if I decided to visit Tulum again in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay in this modern, spacious, well equipped apartment. Contact with the host was remote and worked well. The rooftop pool was a bonus.
