“They still owe us money and refuse to pay”

It was a terrible place with even worst custom service from the people who work there. They still owe us money and refuse to pay us back as we checked out the second day we stayed there as it was horrible and unclean with loads of creepy crawlers everywhere. We were meant to be there for over a week and we made all in advance they refuse to even reach out to us for at least an apology and keep completely ignoring our messages we have set time and time again. They still owe us money which is the very frustrating part.

The room was spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable.

This hotel was dirty and very scary. From the beginning, something felt wrong and unsafe. At check-in, the receptionist did not ask for my passport, ID, or any information, and his behavior was not normal. The room was unclean and full of ants, including dead ones. I left to get dinner, and when I came back, the ants were gone even though no cleaning was done, which made me feel very uncomfortable. I felt sick and unsafe, so I left the hotel in the middle of the night and slept in my car. I do not recommend this place at all.

The property is not as advertised. Both pools were dirty (almost green) when we arrived was the first red flag. My friend and I had one pillow each, when I asked for another two the staff said yes and came back with one decorative couch cushion. There were no other spares. There was no blanket on the bed, we slept under a very thin sheet and was cold all night. Our room was right beside the laundry so we could bear the washing machine going at 10pm at night. The lights outside were kept on all night long and our curtains were too sheer to block out the light so our room was lit up all night long. Random screaming was heard, multiple times. We had three nights booked and decided to check out after night one.

I loved the place! it had such a calm and cosy atmosphere and the staff was super friendly. Everything was taken care of and i loved how quiet the neighbourhood was as well.

The property is 2 stars in practice and not 4. Super dirty all around the building. They did not clean the room in 5 days that we stayed. Far from the center as well. The concierge was continuously away ans we had to find him in order to make the check in.

The rooftop and the pool are small, but give it a nice vibe. The white noise from the pool side, created a good night sleep for me. The bed was comfortable. Parking outside the building on the street was a non-issue. Price was great due huge booking discount. Value for money was okay.

Rooftop pool was covered in algae Room stank of mold Wet cups in the cupboard from obviously just being washed and not dried Bathroom sink was COVERED in mold underneath Pink piss grime and old toilet tissue stuck to the bottom of the outside of the toilet. Mood around the air conditioning unit Been almost 2 months and have still not received a reply from this hotel let alone a refund!!

The room was a good size and the balcony was really lovely. The shower was good, the bed was comfortable and the decor was tasteful. Staff were friendly. We had a car so it was convenient for going out for the day. Relatively quiet and peaceful compared to beachside equivalents. Tulum town was great for restaurants and bars - although a long walk

Our stay at this hotel was a complete nightmare. The property is incredibly filthy, with dust, rust, and mold everywhere. The bathroom and kitchen were completely unusable, and the condition of the room was far below any reasonable standard of cleanliness. We arrived late at night after a long trip, expecting a comfortable stay, but the place was unfit for anyone to stay in. Despite initially agreeing to refund us after we checked out the next morning, the host later refused to honor the refund, which is unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and avoid it entirely. I’m attaching pictures of the mold, rust, and dust so you can see for yourself. Do not book here! We’ve been using Booking.com for years and have never had such a terrible experience. This place should not be listed on the platform and let along having that many positive reviews on booking.
