“Relaxing time at the rooftop pool”
I enjoyed the stay and loved the rooftop pool which I practically had to myself the times I used it, so was very peaceful! The other pool on the ground floor was nice too. Beach towels were readily available. I had a lovely big room with nice facilities. There was a good selection of fruit, yogurt, nuts etc on the breakfast and when I was served hot food (fried eggs) that was also tasty. I enjoyed the 'social hour' where a free daily cocktail was offered.

“It was nice enough but we feel we spent too many nights there”
The reception staff where extremely helpful and helped us get a refund from an excursion company who cancelled part of our tour & told us we couldn’t get anything back. The happy hour drinks & snacks were very welcome and the staff in the restaurant & bar were pleasant.

The bicycles are awesome, though old. In the vicinity, the publuic beach and maya runs are beautiful. Food in hotel is good.

Lovely hotel, great pool, friendly staff, good breakfast. Loved the daily cocktail hour. Reception staff incredibly helpful. Good value for money, conveniently located between the city and beach, would recommend.

“Lovely place to stay in Cancun”
We really enjoyed our stay at the Kimpton Aluna Hotel. Our room was spacious and very clean, quiet at night with a lovely balcony looking over the pool. The staff were friendly and helpful and helped us book a fabulous trip around the Sian Ka'an biosphere.

The breakfast is very good and has a lot of variety. The eating area and the roof top are beautiful. The staff is very nice and welcoming. You have bicycles available.

The rooms where clean and the bed was very comfortabele. The area is calm and we had no trouble sleeping here. The staf is friendly and we enjoyed the included breakfast with many options.
