The hotel was beautiful and the room was very spacious and well designed. The forest feeling was so nice. The swimming pool was nice. Good breakfast and very nice staff. We loved the spa music that played in the room.

Gorgeous hotel and super friendly staff! Santos was always greeting us at breakfast and ensuring we had a good time. There is always soothing music and oil diffusers going, which instantly calms you. Love it!!

Very friendly and very helpful staff. Spacious rooms. Great location with two huge supermarkets across the street. Hotel is in walking distance to Tulum’s main street and bars and restaurants and on the road to get to the Zona hoteliera and beach. Nice room decoration, lots of storage space (eventhough wardrobe is in the bathroom) and big, comfortable beds.

It was clean, nicely decorated and well located. The staff were attentive and always present. They assisted us with everything.

A nice comfortable space. The beds were very comfortable. Also handy for getting to beach or Tulum ruins.

The room was a great size and configuration. Breakfast was just the right amount and fantastic, location was great, on the northern end of Tulum and plenty of options for food on Cobá Ave with the Main Street options very close.

Breakfast was great, and the staff prepared sandwiches to go since I checked out early for a morning flight. Clean spacious room with daily housekeeping, quiet, chic bohemian decor and aromatherapy. The A/C was a welcome break from the 34° temps outdoors. Pool was clean and a refreshing way to cool down. Front desk assisted with affordable taxis and I received nothing but friendly helpful service

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I speak very little Spanish and they were very patient with my attempts and helped correct me/teach me some words. Location is great as it’s a short walk away from the main hustle and bustle of the main road, so feels a little quieter. The supermarket opposite was very convenient. I read reviews of people complaining about the breakfast, but I thought it was perfect. A balanced, filling meal and great start to your day. I was here 8 nights and didn’t feel it to be repetitive as you can mix it up.

The hotel is lovely and modern and very good value for money as well as in a good location. Only negatives were that the pool could have been slightly cleaner and the only option at breakfast is fruit to start and then eggs afterwards. My wife doesn’t eat eggs so this was slightly disappointing

The place is beautiful and a real wee haven away from the heat. The roof top pool was unexpected and underused, to my advantage (I had it to myself the two times I used it). Overall I felt very safe there and was very relaxed and chilled out until a group of younger ones came over the weekend and were quite loud (talking, banging doors). Think they were more used to a hostel than a hotel. They ruined the vibe of the place which I'd been enjoying until then.
