The link to the door code was inactive. It was impossible to access the apartment. Other than that, everything was great.

The place was super clean, and both pools were well-maintained. The rooms have a view of the central pool, which is great when traveling with kids because you can keep an eye on them from the balcony. We had a great time with the kids, and the beds were really comfy. The kitchen was also well-equipped, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location is in a part of Tulum that is still under construction. This means that the neighboring hotel is still being built, and the surroundings may resemble a construction site. However, it's worth noting that this is the current reality throughout Tulum – construction is happening everywhere. What's important is that despite this, they make an effort to maintain cleanliness, and they succeed. At night, it's peaceful and quiet. We're not sure about reaching the location using public transportation. It's probably a bit challenging. We had a car, which made it convenient for us.
