“Best value for money, very comfi place and nice host”
We really enjoyed our stay and we got very high value for money. Our host was super nice and checking was easy and fast. The place is located in the new area of Tulum, central but at night is quite dark to get there.. but very very safe. The apartment is spacious, clean and very comfortable. Pool is cleaned every day, we had towels and washing machine and dryer. This was everything we needed and more

Location, freshness, cleanness, good AC in both bedrooms and living room, good water pressure and hot water. Host was responsive and very helpful. Direct access to great pool and outdoor sitting. This place totally exceeds my expectations and we will definitely consider to come back to this place.

Large luminous ground floor apartment with jacuzzi in the very small outdoor space. Swimming pool in the common area. Washing machine and dryer. An ample robust glass table suited for 10 people in available in the entrance/dining room. Gorgeous electrically controlled king size bed in one of the rooms. Private parking with security h24 makes you and your belongings feel safe.

“Perfect stay!”
Our stay at this property was absolutely wonderful. The condo exceeded our expectations. Communication between the owners and ourselves was excellent. The condo was perfect; very clean, the rooms were wonderful, the beds were so comfortable, A/C worked great, and everything we needed to make meals was available for use. Opening the door and walking out to the pool made everyday a great day! We did rent a car which made everything we wanted to do accessible! We had such a great stay! If we come back to Tulum we would absolutely stay here again! Thank you so much!!

“Great location and wonderful pool.”
Check in was very easy. Space was perfect for a family of four. The ground floor unit was awesome for pool access. The whole complex is safe and quiet.

Excellent location,beach not far away or town.. good idea to hire bikes to get around. Everything was perfect...Thank You for a wonderful stay..wish we had stayed longer, the owners have put in a lot of effort to meet all the clients needs..If we ever come back..This is where we'd stay..Muchas Gracias
