We only had one towel and asked for another but none were clean. The shower curtain was half off. We only had decaf coffee in the room. Not enough cups either. Plus the heater when it kicked back on was SUPER loud. The rooms were nice except for these things.

I was told by the morning front desk that my rate did not come with meal. I figured it was because I changed my reservation with booking.com and the hotel upon arrival. It was no biggy.
