“Ok for the first night after a long intercontinental flight.”
There is nothing special to mention about. It is a simple Hotel without anything extraprdinary. The personnel is engaged and willing to help.

Due to a unavoidable change in travel plans our stay needed to be changed from 2 nights to 1 night. The hotel have not responded to the request for a refund. On arrival check in was delayed due to the one member of staff having to go out to do an airport run. Breakfast was non existent, the few remaining items ( and we went early on on the breakfast window) were being eaten by staff in the staff area. No sign of replenishment. We stayed in several hotels during our time in Dallas and Oaklahoma all the others were really good with good customer service. Unfortunately this one was not great. The hotel itself was reasonably clean, but very worn and tired
