“Creepy décoration that's not on the pictures”
Although too present and slightly annoying, the staff was alright until I told them that I didn't want to stay at the hotel (booked online 30 minutes prior). They refused a refund, even though the room wasn't even ready. The decorations are creepy, the mannequin in the staircase, the clown on the 2nd floor...

“Cosy stay”
The room was cosy, having everything we could need for our stay: a small fridge, a table to eat, bathroom, toilet room and a kitchen to cook. Everything was very clean, it is also in a quiet area so we could rest well. The indications to get the code were very clear and easy to find. The best part of this place is the people that manage it, very kind, attentive and ready to help when we had a request. They also have the cutest dog in the common area, I loved Ottis! I also tasted the best matcha tea in France *w* There's also nice projects for artists. I recommend 100%

“Splendid accommodation, practical, homey, friendliest owner”
We were swept away by the attention to detail, both from practically and comfort, design and aesthetics perspective, but also the care. They even had some easy to cook food for late comers, entertainment configured for kings - TV and music, and small amuse-bouche to really feel welcomed ! the artistic touch of the whole property was splendid, and the details of the breakfast really just gorgeous ! never before such experience!! the owner really made us feel at home!!
