“Misleading listing – not accessible as described”
Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing due to inaccurate information in the listing. On Booking.com, it clearly stated that the “entire unit is located on the ground floor”, which was the main reason I chose this property — as a wheelchair user, accessibility is critical for me. However, upon arrival, I found that the apartment was actually located on the first floor and only accessible by stairs. When I contacted the host to clarify, the only response I received was: “Yes, sorry, it shouldn’t appear like that on Booking.” No further support, refund, or even a symbolic discount was offered. This kind of misinformation is unacceptable, especially when it affects accessibility. I hope the listing is corrected to prevent other travelers from experiencing the same issue.

“Definetly do not worth money payd.”
The photo do not reflect real state of this property. We was wondering if it is the place which we booked. Noisy ventilation from kitchen do not allow to sleep.

A well equipped, comfortable and spacious apartment. Old town is 10 minutes by foot. Beds were comfortable.
