“Disappointing”

The room size was great to fit 2 cribs for our kiddos (we put them in the "living room"). The cribs were already in our room upon check-in. Room was clean, warm cookies on check-in were yummy. Shuttle service was good - we had to call when we arrived and Lorenzo was there within 15 minutes.

The room was so large. It felt like a decent size apartment. There breakfasts is astonishingly good. The personnel was nice and attentive.

“Comfortable bed and room, nicetemperature in the pool. Make sure to book and take the right shuffle!”
Breakfast was expensive but good, nice staff. Big rooms, comfortable beds. Pool had hood temperature and size.

“Wonderful!”
This hotel is great. The personal was very nice, the room was very clean, the breakfast was great, the location is perfect for shopping 🙈, the free shuttle from and to the airport and the free wifi!😎 Just wonderful!

“Lovely staff but property not so nice.”
The staff were very helpful and so friendly. The reception staff were extremely helpful always with a smile on their face and even gave our little boy extra cookies.

“Booking.com should allow cancellations and make exceptions for travels that get delayed”
I appreciate that a well prepared vegetarian option was available on the breakfast menu. Many vegetarians do not eat eggs. It would be good to have more options without eggs. I was surprised at the price of the bill for the room. It was higher than what I read online.

“Free Cookies and Overton Berry”
This is the hotel that the classic Overton Berry album was recorded at. Really amazing building very fun to wander around. Close to the very large shopping mall across the street.
