Everything is fair

The king guest room is very spacious, and the minibar is not near the bed but on the other side of the partition. This is a very cool design, making it like having a room within a room. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Clean and well quipped. I enjoyed the design and look of the place. Reception very nice and welcoming.

I stayed at Hilton Garden Inn Tuaran and had a really pleasant experience overall. Place – The environment is very nice and peaceful, perfect for healing. It’s also great for toddlers as they can explore the surroundings freely. Reception area – The service was good. They even provide a buggy if your room is far from the reception area, which is very helpful. Room – The design is beautiful. I booked through Booking.com. I stayed in a King Guest Room (Zone C), which is a bit far from the reception and swimming pool. Swimming pool – There is a slide for kids, and my toddler really enjoyed swimming and playing there. Other facilities – There is a gym and a laundry area available. Breakfast – The food was good and delicious. The morning view is also very nice, and I really enjoyed my breakfast. WiFi and phone line – There was no internet connection in the room, possibly because it is far from the reception area. The phone signal was also quite poor. However, it was okay for me since it was a holiday. We focused on taking photos and videos for memories, and my toddler had no screen time at all—he was busy exploring and being curious about everything around him. The hotel has recently changed ownership, so there was some renovation going on during our stay. There are still some shortcomings, but that’s understandable as improvements take time. I would recommend this place if you are looking for a relaxing getaway. It is about 1 hour or less from Kota Kinabalu. I will definitely come back and stay here again.

A lot activities can do with your children. The room is clean. And most important part is, the water is flowing very fast.

the room and bathroom was spacious. Smart TV was connected with a free netflix. Staff was helpful and friendly. Buggy car service was provide by reception to transport guest back and forth to the villas.

Theres a pickleball court , huge beach, gym room and a small pool . Very relaxing and clean Food was good

Me and my friends are very enjoy staying at this place.. theres are karaoke that we can use..the foods that we are order were so delicious.We take so many pictures at different view. i recommend this resort to my friends..i share at tiktok and FB and put the location so other people wil know the resort.

the room is spacious and quite clean. about 300 m walk to the nearest beach. sunset view is spectacular. the sand has very soft sand and offer very wide beachline when low tide. some shades at the beach offers convenience to customers as well.
