The owner Markus is super-friendly. There are lots of birds and a really professional bird hide for watching them. Goats and horses graze on the grounds and after sunset we even saw a bush baby.

We had an excellent night under the big tree, it's very quiet, you are woken up by the sun and the birds. Camping facilities are clean, hot showers, nice braai.

This place was peaceful and beautiful. The tree was amazing! Shower was hot and clean. Our hosts were great and communicating, an easy stay. The perfect distance from Etosha.

Marcus is an amazing host, the camp site is perfect under a big tree with shadow, hot water, light, great surroundings ! We’ll definitely come back again thanks a lot ! A lovely bird hide where you can spend some time to watch and enjoy colorful birds !

It was a great accommodation! You can see the thought and care they put into creating their campsites. Very private campsites, though this did not take a way any sense of security. "Little" things like WIFI and a overhead spotlight make a big difference. Also, these were the best shower/bathroom/kitchen sink facilities during our 2 week trip through Namibia. Thank you kindly!

Beautiful campsite in the bush, 2km up a track off the Tsumeb-Grootfontein road. Outstanding facilities: private modern bathroom and undercover sink area, plus BBQ area. A wonderful place in the bush.

“Very good equipped camp site”

Communication: was really good. We arrived after sunset and they picked us up from the gate. Campsite: we were lucky to get an upgrade with a very new separate shower and washing facilities and camp spot. Electricity and fire wood was also there :)

We had the pleasure of staying at Markus’ beautiful campsite and were absolutely amazed by how lovingly and thoughtfully the entire grounds are designed. Every detail reflects the care and dedication he puts into maintaining such a wonderful place, which truly made our stay special. The campsite is equipped with everything you need, including drinkable water, and the bathroom was the nicest we’ve encountered on our entire trip. We highly recommend this campsite to anyone visiting Namibia. It’s the perfect place to stop and enjoy the peace and beauty of the surroundings. Thank you, Markus, for the warm hospitality!

Beautiful place in the nature, very quiet, great place for watching birds (if you're into that :) ). Wood to make fire was provided. There were even towels in the bathroom! Very nice owner and great experience overall.

A camp that in its semplicity is pure luxury. The tree that you camp under is magnificent, there is a clean bathroom with fluffy towels clean hot shower, a huge mirror. On the outside a place for the fire with a bbq so you don’t have to use your own. And there is a lamp on the tree that you can use to get some light. Well done, this place is great

“Perfect spot for lovers of nature and tranquility”

The location is just perfect, the owner Markus is super friendly and accomodating, and the resident rescued owl Bubo sure made our stay a lot of fun! Even though he stole my husband's sandal at one point, we really enjoyed having him follow us around!
