Overview
Located 800m from the picturesque Tsagarada, the 12 Months Resort & Spa offers luxurious accommodation and a variety of leisure activities. It includes spa facilities and a seasonal outdoor pool. Rooms and suites in 12 Months are elegantly decorated with dark wood furnishings and earthy colours. They are equipped with in-floor heating, air conditioning and LCD TV. Bathrooms include toiletries and a hairdryer. Guests can pamper themselves at the 12 Month Resort spa, which features a sauna, hammam, a hot tub and a fully equipped fitness centre. Manicure, pedicure and hairdressing services are also provided. Other leisure facilities include a tennis court, table tennis and billiards. Melia restaurant serves traditional cuisine with a modern approach using fresh, local products which guests can savour while in direct contact with nature, amidst the beauty of the surrounding landscape. In the morning, it serves a rich buffet breakfast including pancakes and homemade pies. 12 Café is the ideal place to enjoy a hot beverage, during winter, with views of the Aegean Sea. In the summer, the pool bar serves refreshing cocktails by the swimming pool. Agriolefkes Ski Centre is approximately 40 km from 12 Months Resort & Spa. Agios Ioannis beach is at 10 km. Free Wi-Fi is available in the hotel’s public areas and free private on-site parking is possible.

Low maintenance, uncomfortable beds (kids in 2 sofa cousins and not a real mattress and very uncomfortable parents bed). No separation between the bathrooms and the room (no privacy), missing window and more.

Very nice place but horrible beds. The kids slept on very uncomfortable sofas although i paid for beds. Very quiet place with nice view very close with car to all the resturants. Very hard to reach without car. Service is good and very clean.

Hotel is located on great place by the mountain. Close to the beaches, to the other small towns and tavernas. Very convenient. Hotel room was very clean and cozy, hotel is located in a quiet place, we have tried spa, massage. It was perfect. Also, super nice to eat breakfast and see horizon of the sea from high on the mountain. Breakfast was also vey good, with various greek deserts.

In terms of the location of the hotel, we really liked the views, the peace and quiet. It is problematic to reach the center of the village and the restaurants since the access road to the hotel is a steep climb without a sidewalk and is dark at night. The breakfast does not reflect the level of a 5 star hotel. There is not enough selection, there is no variety and it is very boring to see the same food every morning. In addition, an additional fee is required for coffee.

“Can't wait to be back!”
Location is amazing, within the wooden area, on the hills, watching the sea, and within the great village of Tsagarada. Facility full of surprises and activity options or pure rest. Above all, wonderful staff, always attentive, great recommendations to tour the area, love it.

“Luxurious stay in Tsagarada”
Everything was high class, the staff the food and the facilities. It felt like real luxury. Super recommended to stay at this hotel. We used their great gym and got a wonderful massage. The teenagers loved it. Very close to center with cafe and restaurants and supermarket. Very close to turquoise beach with great vibes. We even did an archery session very close by. We will be coming back one day for sure.
