Unfortunately, the experience was not pleasant. The atmosphere was uncomfortable due to the very strong smell of varnish, as if the hallway had just been painted or treated, which made the stay unpleasant from the moment we arrived. In addition, the apartment was very cold and did not feel comfortable. I also found it quite strange and somewhat uncomfortable that the owner lives directly below the accommodation, which did not provide a real sense of privacy. Overall, it left a poor impression, and considering the quality of the accommodation and the overall experience, the price was far too high and did not justify what was offered.

“A good choice for a pleasant break”

Warm welcome as I arrived outside the house. Room is spacious, well equipped and furnished. Comfortable, clean and quiet, it was the perfect location. There is a regular bus service from around the corner, but I didn't need it as the centre of Memmingen is a pleasant 35 minute walk. Several other nice villages are within walking distance. A restaurant and a cafe are nearby, both are friendly and good.

Everything was very good , clean and tidy , friendly owner , quiet and comfi . Just 20 min walk to the airport via the landscape of the countryside 😊

“Perfect accommodation for people flying from Memmingen early in the morning”

The place was very easy to find. The village is super calm and clean. The host was already there and waiting for me when I arrived, even though I was late. There is a very nice Italian restaurant nearby where the food is perfect. The house is perfect for people who are flying from the Memmingen airport early in the morning. It is 30 mins walking distance, so you don't really need transport to get to the airport. The rooms are clean and tidy, the common areas too (bathroom and toilet). Keep in mind that the movable banner in the room is actually the heater. Thank me later.

Great place to stay for a night if you're flying out of Memmingen airport early morning. Room really comfy and all amenities provided. Even had a tea kettle with coffee/tea and sweets for the guests which was really nice. Internet was also provided. Heating was exceptional and came in handy on a very cold night. Room was fairly spacious with 2 single beds and a couch. Check in was extremely easy and the host waited for me to arrive late at night and welcomed me as soon as I walked to the house.

Owner, Julien is superb nice and willing to help. Location is very good, just walking distance (30 min) from airport. The village is nice and very quiet. Room was big with terrace. Beds are very comfy. There is access to fridge, kettle, tea& coffee.

We were just passing through and the room was ideal for that, very clean and the owner was very helpful, carried our bags up to our room. The toilet and bathroom were separate and shared but this wasn't a problem. There was an exceptional pizza restaurant round the corner.

Perfect place ,!

I got a room with a balcony. Clean, spacious and newly renovated room. Guest rooms are on the first floor. The owner lives on the ground floor but he leave privacy to guests completely. Owner is very friendly.
