Way too expensive for such a low level room you pay because it’s geographical situation right on plaza the armas and the fact it is in a historic old building but it definitely do not worth it

Staff is nice and helpful. The hotel is 10-15min walk to plaza de Armas, and 5min walk to the bus station of Cruz del Sur. The hôtel is clean but really needs a good renovation. Water is not always hot, the bathtub was leaking.

“Stately colonial hotel with spacious air conditioned rooms at a great location.”
The hotel is a beautiful colonial house with spacious and stately common areas. It is located at a 10 minute walk to the city center and just a cool 2 minute walk to a major road full of restaurants, shops and services (laundry, pharmacy, barber, etc.) Staff are friendly and go out of their way to accomodate requests (for example, I asked for a bigger pillow, and I was given one within 20 minutes). The best thing is the air conditioning, since many hotels in Trujillo don't have that, and it is a necessity, because the city is very hot.

The welqas banging at 4am as plumber working on pipes in room above. There was no buffet breakfast as per the pictures. Staff were nice though.

location, staff politeness. wifi is decent. fridge works. Aircon was good, after changing rooms though.
