Excellent stay, great breakfast with bread, eggs, ham, cheese, fruit, yoghurt. Location perfect for the centre, 10mins walk. Local neighbourhood calm and pretty with lots of food options. Friendly helpful staff, nice relaxed hotel.

The room was comfortable, the breakfast was good and the staff were very helpful. Very decent for the price I paid. Highly recommended!

Good bedroom and bathroom

“Passable rooms, poor customer service.”

We arrived before check-in time which was not a problem, as we could put our bags in a storage room. We were told that our rooms would be ready be 13:00 (the standard check-in time) however in the end it took until 16:00. We asked multiple times what was the problem and we were told it was because there was only one cleaning staff working. But this was absolutely not true as we could see 3-4 cleaning staff, they had just not prioritized cleaning the rooms that were actually needed. Also when we discussed the late check in with the front desk she made the excuse that we had booked through Booking.com and had gotten a good price almost like this was a reason why we should expect bad service. Overall, the rooms were ok but in one there was a hole in the wall and plaster dust on the floor, not very clean.

Nice location in a quiet part of Trujillo, walkable to the main square and with a good laundry 100m away.

- The roof top terrace was a lovely space to share a meal. - The breakfast was substantial

The beds were really comfortable and the staff extremely helpful. The let us check-in early, helped us change our bus tickets and called a taxi whenever needed. Thanks for everything!

Good Breakfast.

The room was nice with a hot shower and the rooftop very cosy. The hotel people were friendly. Only 10' walk to the plaza de armas.
