“Must be the best views of the historic centre in Trujillo”
Outstanding location overlooking the historic main square in Trujillo, across which we were eyeballing the statue of Pizarro. The large (two floor) apartment is beautifully decorated and maintained but the real star is the large furnished terrace with incredible views. We were there for El Chiviri festival and had grandstand views of the stage and the red-scarved crowd. Beware - this festival party continues well into the morning but we were warned by the very responsive owners.

Location, facilities (incl. dishwasher) and design. And of course rooftop terrace for mornings and evenings - a real treat - good for birdwatching and socialising. Perfect for a couple or small family.

We were a little confused by the website, notably which photographs related to which flat, and the facilities in each, but once we took the plunge, booked, and arrived, it was great! The location was fantastic, overlooking the Plaza Mayor, the church, and - a real treat for us - the Storks, who I believe had returned early, thanks to global warming, who knows? We loved watching them anyway. Trujillo's a gem, not just the richly historic centre, but the proper town on its edge, and well worth wandering off-piste. Parking easy - and free - down by the hospital, a short walk away once you get there, but dropping off luggage right outside the door seems ok up to 8pm. A brilliant apartment, with such comfortable beds we had to kick ourselves out to make the most of the fantastic location!

Excellent apartment and terrace overlooking Plaza Major, exactly as the photos show. The apartment is well equipped for catering with pits and pans, microwave, and hob, but you will need to buy your own oil, salt, pepper, etc. There is also a dishwasher and a communal washing machine on the landing. Comfy bed and powerful shower, but the best thing about the apartment is definitely the terrace and the view, watching the families of storks and crowds of swifts flying around overhead. Loved nipping down for morning coffee at Victoria, migas at Origen, and a can̈a at El Rincón de la Reina, all seconds away from the door.

The location is incredible with amazing views from the huge rooftop terrace. You can park to unload luggage and then use the underground nearby carpark for 9 euros a day. It would be impossible to find a place with better views of the beautiful plaza and Alcazar.
