“Comfortable and convenient”
It's quite close to the centre of Troyes, so handy. The little kitchenette in the studio meant we could self-cater for dinner instead of going out. We were travelling with our daughter and she had a single bed which was better than a sofa bed, so she was happy. The breakfast was well-organised and there was a fair amount of choice.

We checked in around 5pm. I was forced to give personal details and email in order to get the WiFi. 2 hours later the WiFi disappeared for the whole stay. I went to complain. There were no staff available. Money is obviously more important than customer satisfaction

Well equipped and well laid out. Easy access and a good shower. The hotel is perfectly located with just a short walk to an extensive range of restaurants and bars. Simple check in and check out, couldn't be simpler
