The location is perfect. The host is very responsive and most helpful. The apartment guide was comprehensive. The parking was a real bonus as was the very comfy bed, although not for anyone with mobility issues or a fear of heights.. make sure you check it out. The whole apartment was very clean as was the entrance foyer/lifts etc. It was a return stay for us so I guess that says it all. Recommend ‘Helene et les Gateaux’ ( delightful teas/coffees/ cakes and quiches all freshly made- so quaint)Caffe Cosi( exceptional Italian)Tante Reine(good beer and fabulous gin selection).

The super cool layout of the apartment and the outside terrace. The apartment had everything one needed for a stay in Troyes and we didn't need to use the car to get to the centre of the city.

We liked nothing, we did not stay because the front door lock was broken meaning we had to enter via the French doors to the internal courtyard. The kitchen and floor were crawling with ants, clearly they could get in and the toilet began to overflow because the mechanism stuck. I was in constant contact with the owner who said sorry bug then declined to give any refund.

We had such a wonderful stay at Manhattan Loft. It was so well-appointed and comfortable that it truly felt like a home away from home. The apartment was spotless, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, guaranteeing a great night's sleep. The little details made all the difference. The multijet shower was a luxurious treat, and the hairdryer was the best I've ever used in a vacation rental. The host, Yaël, left thoughtful welcome amenities, including bottled water and fresh apple juice, which were perfect after our long drive. Coffee pods, tea, and even kitchen essentials like foil for the oven were also provided, showing how every detail was considered to make our stay easier. One of the biggest pluses for us was the dedicated parking space, which easily accommodated our VW Transporter. It's rare to find such convenient parking for a larger vehicle so close to the town center. Speaking of the town center, the apartment is just a short walk from Troyes' historic heart. We were completely enchanted by its beautiful medieval churches and charming cobbled streets. Troyes is an absolute gem—it reminded us of the Shambles in York but on a grander scale! We were so pleasantly surprised by the town that we've already decided we'll be back, and we'd love to stay at Manhattan Loft again. Yaël, our host, was a pleasure to communicate with. He was responsive and helpful from the moment we booked until the end of our stay. For anyone planning a trip to Troyes, I can't recommend this accommodation and its wonderful host enough.

Cleanliness, the distance to city, security & lack of noise.

Location was good but a lack of restaurants open on Sunday in the vicinity. Facilities were good in the apartment. Excellent shower. Air conditioning would have been a bonus !! Secure parking.

Accomodation is very large and has a beautiful terrace (which is the reason why i chose it btw). At a walking distance from the center, there is a Carrefour supermarket nearby (5 minutes walk). I also appreciate the parking lot
