An extremely friendly and helpful receptionist, who tries her best to ensure her customers are happy and satisfied.

We were traveling on and from Monaco in our own car. We booked into the Hotel on our outbound and return journey. This hotel had a great car park which was secure and locked at night. The room was basic but clean. As we had our own tea and coffee, the Hotel provided us with a kettle, on request in our room , which made it much easier for an early start the next day on our road trip. In reception there was a fridge for guests to use which kept milk and cool packs frozen. The continental breakfast on our 1st stay was varied, plenty of fresh Croissant, fruit, cereals , Ham and cheese. The staff are very helpful. Its easy to find off the Auto route will definitely use it again if travelling down through France. Its close to a Buffet Chinese restaurant open till 10pm with 10% discount card from the hotel. There is also a Burger Bar just in front of the restaurant for an easy bite to eat.

Good value small hotel in a quiet area with free secure parking for motorcycles. Very helpful receptionist who also served a good breakfast.

Good location, staff welcomed us & made me a cup of coffee as l expressed l would like a drink. Staff was very clear on explaining what was available and how to access the property. Breakfast was ample. Shower was hot! But!!! See below.

Very nice

Breakfast was very good but there wasn't quite enough space in the dining room. Just a little cramped around the tables when customers were choosing what food to have.

The rooms are far from soundproofing. You hear everything. From slamming does to footsteps as if their next to you. If you take soundproofing highly I recommend skipping this hotel.

Clean, comfortable bed. Good shower. Secure, gated parking for a small fee. Accommodates dogs for a small fee. Check out at 11.30am welcome.

Hotel was easy to locate (onsite parking cost 4 euros) and is a 20-min walk into the centre of Troyes, which we appreciated after 7-hour car journey. We'd booked 2 rooms for our party of 5 - the hotel upgraded us to 3 rooms at no additional cost (great service). Receptionist was helpful and efficient. Rooms were on the small side (but okay for overnight stop); beds were very comfortable; shower/bathroom was excellent. Room was quiet, but warm; fan provided but no aircon. Would definitely consider booking here again if staying in Troyes.
