“Disappointing - poor value for money”
Pleasant staff, accommodated my mobility issues, easy parking . Room faint musty smell.

“Poor and uncomfortable because of room smell and shabby and old worn environment.”
The rooms need updating. Beds too large for the room so no bedside cabinet or even getting into bed hard for bed by the wall. Everything worked ok but and bedding clean but basic and old and room musty. Was not worth what we were charged. We stayed in much better accommodation for less on this trip. Also picture of the reception on the site gives false impression of the state of the rooms which are not up to the same standard. Very disappointing.

“Unable to stay here, no accessible rooms! Hotel supposedly refunding but haven't yet!”
The staff were very helpful on arrival at this hotel (which could not accommodate us) by 'phoning another hotel to find an accessible room at another hotel.

I did enjoy dinner and breakfast. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Reception and dining areas were very good. The location was very convenient as a stop off on our way south.

Pricey for such basic accommodation. Evening meal poor, paid for breakdmfast as a review said they serve from 6am, but apparently its 7am, so I left without breakfast as heading back to eurotunnel.

“Perfect for us”
We travel 2x a year to and from the south of France. We have 2 dogs. This place is perfect for us in every way. Great price, near to autoroute, good distance halfway through our journey. A garden for the dogs to run in, and a restaurant on site which is lovely. We will keep coming here because it meets all our needs.
