“Perfect choice”

We had such a wonderful stay! The property was comfortable and well looked after, but the real highlight was the absolutely amazing view. Spending time out by the jetty in January was so peaceful — we even spotted eagles soaring overhead and otters playing in the water, which made the whole experience feel truly special. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind, with nature right on the doorstep. We would definitely love to come back again!

Cozy Norwegian wooden cabin just 30 mins from Tromsø where there are many reindeer near the road and where you can enjoy the northern lights (no city lights there), go fishing, take a sauna or go on trips such as whale watching expedition, reindeer farm, Nordic Cathedral, Ice Bar Tromsø, the northern brewery or the eldest pub Ølhallen. Skål!

Great Norwegian style lodge on the side of the most beautiful fjord. Elvind and his family were extremely wonderful hosts, making my family and my children very comfortable. Great for couples or families - you will have a magnificent stay here

We had an absolutely amazing experience staying in this cozy cabin on the Arctic island. Everything about it exceeded our expectations. The cabin was spotlessly clean and incredibly cozy, making it the perfect retreat after exploring the stunning surroundings. Its location was unbeatable, offering easy access to local attractions while still feeling peaceful and secluded. The sauna was a highlight—not only was it impeccably designed, but the views from it were absolutely breathtaking. It added a perfect touch of relaxation to our stay. A special thanks to the owner, who was exceptionally kind, attentive, and always ready to help. Their hospitality truly made us feel at home. The convenience of having a store nearby was also a great bonus, ensuring we had everything we needed during our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to enjoy the magic of the Arctic. We highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for an unforgettable getaway!

We really loved this place. For us everything was perfect. The view and the area around is stunning. Elias is such a nice host. Even if you are not into fishing, it's one of the best experience to do a boat tour with Elias.

Very cosy with a beautiful view. Although there is no heating in the rooms we were not cold at all as the blankets are great, and the fireplace in the living room is more than enough during the winter. The owners were very kind and always ready to help. Also, there is a small store down the road with everything one could need.

Accommodation was quite okay. For couples, be aware that the bedrooms on the first floor have separate single beds in different corners of the room. They can be moved, but it s quite inconvenient. The surroundings of the cottage are gorgeous. The host was very helpful. An aspect that bothered us a little was the fact that when handing over the cabin we were asked to remove the bed linens and to throw the trash. It wouldn't have bothered us so much if we have been told from the beginning so that we could calculate our schedule to have time to do this as well. we were made to take off our shoes and jacket and climb up again to remove the bedding. Another aspect of interest is the fact that the heating was done through an air conditioner. it was very cold in the bedrooms if we didn't sleep with the door open
