This hotel is on Strömsberg Hill, 10 minutes’ walk from Trollhättan’s main street, Storgatan. It offers fine dining and rooms with terraces overlooking the courtyard, garden or Göta Älv river. “Hotel With A View In Trollhättan”
The Albert is one of few hotels in the little town of Trollhättan. It is very well known in the region for its excellent restaurant and that draws a lot of hotel guests as well who combine dinner with a night away. If you don t own a car, it's a bit steep up the hill to get there and in wintertime it can be slippery. The rooms are very nicely equipped. They should upgrade to smart TV's to keep those four stars nowadays. The breakfast is very nice, the view is excellent from that hill.

“Comfortable hotel with elegant central building”
Old fashioned, chic central dining/reception building with modern residential block, each room like a small flat with outdoor seating. Commanding view yet town centre easy to reach. The restaurant food was off the scale gorgeous. Staff were excellent. Parking was fee and secure

“Extremely pleasant and relaxing.”
The location was superb, with an overview of the town and river/canal. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the restaurant and food excellent.
