The place is super relaxing Small spa with hot and cold pool, Hammam and sauna The room is huge and very clean The place is in the middle of nowhere but it's accessible via bus The staff was very friendly and allowed us to modify the reservation without any issue

“Good Stay—but please get better mattresses!”
Loved that we could walk from our room to the spa. Loved that there was dedicated spaces with silence (but not everyone followed the rules). Amazing breakfast choices!

Its my 3rd or 4th trip to Kinipi. This was my least favorite and only because there was so much loud talking in both sauna and around the hot tub area it was distracting. I did mention it to staff and they said they would deal with it. The food menu needs to include a ceasar salad and clubhouse as many options are havy on the meat side. The new breakfast option was fabulous - great meal before getting back on the road fpr 8 hours. The rooms are lovely.

“Kinipi translates as “The place of ultimate relaxation””
The “thermal experience” - the massive hot tub grotto area with waterfalls was incredible. So relaxing with the terrycloth robes, hanging chairs and hickory wood burning chimineas.

“Expectations Exceeded, Would Go Back”
The food and service was excellent! My compliments to the entire restaurant staff (both wait staff and cook staff)! The rooms are absolutely beautiful, I would live there in a heartbeat. They were also very clean when we got there!
