Comfortable friendly and in a great location

Small room but clean and comfortable. Location was a plus, right on the main corner of town next to the Tourist Information. Cafes, restaurants, bars and boutiques were just a few minutes walk from the hotel. Lots of nice walkways through parks and along the river front. Would love to come back and see a show/event in the city's modern indoor/outdoor event center. Highly recommend this hotel to stay.

“Worth the stop in this charming town”

Clean and comfortable in the centre of the very nice town. Tastefully appointed room with great natural light. Everything you need. Plenty of choices to eat nearby. Parking close by for $10 Canadian .

Room was very well appointed….4 comfortable chairs, places to put suitcases. Good lighting. Breakfast in the connected cafe was very good, but unfortunately closes on mon. And Tues.

The staff were extremely friendly and open to speaking in English with us. The parking was easy to find thanks to the explanation given to us and it was only a 2mins walk away. Regarding location - you are in the heart of the town. There is a lovely cafe across the road called Morgane and great restaurants all around the hotel. The room was very comfortable and clean.

Location and very friendly and helpful staff. Nice boutique hotel clean and comfortable. Did not have to pursue any issue with this hotel as all was well and in my opinion have a good security approach with monitored or key activated entrance, elevator and of course room access.

We booked on short notice and received a room with a king-size bed, but that was the only aspect matching the description. The room was significantly smaller, with no view at all, and not at all what one would expect for the price at this category. Staff was friendly, but overall it was a real disappointment. We were compensated with the parking fee and 10% off a future stay – but as we are traveling from Europe, this felt more like a symbolic gesture than a meaningful solution.

The receptionist at arrival was amazing, she took her time to explain and made us feel very welcome. Hotel is located at the main street, easy walk to all restaurants and things to see. Room was beautiful and very clean

What a great little hotel and location in Trois Rivieres. Close to everything, and a short stroll to find a restaurant (many to choose from). If we ever come back to Trois Rivieres we'll stay here again!! Great breakfast.
