“Excellent area location, with good facilities although traffic could be an issue for light sleepers.”
The property is well located in the Ardennes area and has excellent access to local facilities, road net work and attractions. The property is very well equipped, spacious and comfortable, with an integral garage which could be used for storage. The outside patio area has a Southerly aspect which benefits when the sun shines, an umbrella and gazebo provides shade and shelter from sun and rain. The gas bar-b-q was efficient and easy to use.
