We had a wonderful 2-weeks at Finca El Lomo. Hans and Linda greeted us warmly on arrival and were discreetly helpful throughout our stay. The villa was very clean, comfortable, quiet and well equipped. The extensive pool and terrace area were the icing on the cake! It is ideally located at the edge of a quiet village just 20 minutes from the airport, larger supermarkets, restaurants and beaches. We explored the island during our stay and found the roads in all directions easy to access and rarely busy. We don’t usually return to the same holiday accommodation but can think of no reason to stay anywhere else on Fuertuventura when we return in the future.

Peace quiet and Space ! Owners Hans and Linda were great hosts and kept the villa spotless ! The villa is away from the hustle and and tourist areas ! If you want loads of bars and restaurants it's not for you !! Very quiet base for great holiday !!

“Great house at super location”

We (older Dutch couple) have been renting holiday homes in Spain for over 20 years. This is the nicest house we have ever been to. The location is great. Very quiet. No noise from traffic, planes or noisy neighbours. It is very central. You do need a rental car. With a car it is only a 15 minute drive to the airport, the capital Puerto del Rosario, the beach on the east coast and large supermarkets. It's also only 30 minutese away from the beautiful west coast at Aguas Verdes. There you can make an easy hike along the coastline with spectacular views. You can easily make a day trip to the beautiful northwest or the rugged south. The friendly German owners Hans and Linda do everything to make you feel at home. They live nearby. If something needs to be arranged, they are immediately available. They are extremely careful with the privacy of the guests. You do not hear or see them unless you contact them yourself. They answer questions via Whatsapp almost immediately. The house itself is fantastic. It was super clean when we arrived. It is built with very good quality materials. The state of maintenance is top. Everything you could wish for is there. The kitchen equipment is also extremely complete. In the large garden there is a lovely large swimming pool. The television has a package with mainly German-language channels and English-language news channels such as CNN, BBC, etc. It is a Smart television, so you can stream your own content to the television from your phone. Within walking distance (7 minutes) is a nice restaurant of a friendly Italian couple with Spanish and Italian dishes. This house is highly recommended by us.

“Peaceful, quiet and just what I wanted.”

WOW! I am so happy I stayed at Finca El Lomo. The villa has everything you could ever need for a happy stay. So peaceful and quiet. The pool area and terrace is a sun trap all the day. The pool is huge and gives a much needed cool down from the sun. It is not heated but trust me you will be thankful as it gets really hot sunbathing. The hosts Hansand Lisa, well let's say they are my new friends. They are happy to help whatever your questions. Stay here and you will be glad you made the choice.
