Our hosts, Rory and Elaine, contacted us on Wats App prior to our arrival to let us know the exact location, check-in details and contact numbers and were on hand throughout our stay if we needed anything. Rory recommended places to eat and even rang ahead to one of the restaurants we had booked, to make sure they looked after us well! and they really did! The apartment was pristine and the kitchen was the best stocked rental kitchen I've ever seen. No blunt knives or frying pans so old that they lost their non-stick properties to be seen here! Also, we didn't discover this until our last night, but if you turn right as you go out onto the beach, a ten minute walk down there you will find 8+ cool beach bars/restaurants for dinner. There are a few to the left to, but the service was pretty shocking and we waited almost 2 hours for any food at one.

We had the absolute pleasure of staying in this beautiful penthouse apartment and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The apartment itself is spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. The highlight was the huge balcony, offering stunning panoramic views of the beach and ocean. The surrounding lush gardens are impeccably maintained, and the pool is spotlessly clean. The location is excellent, with a great selection of restaurants just a short walk away – ideal for dining out without needing to walk far as well as a fantastic dive centre. Communication throughout was outstanding. Rory and Elaine were incredibly helpful and responsive prior to our stay, providing us with some fantastic local recommendations that really enhanced our trip. It was a real pleasure meeting you both. The on-site team were also friendly, professional and efficient, ensuring everything ran smoothly.

Impossible to improve! Everything perfect; from the arangements with owner Rory to the welcoming by manager mr Siyath and the amazing apartment itself. Large rooms, fully equiped kitchen (including cold water dispenser), comfortable furniture, large balcony, best shower in Sri lanka. Absolutely fantastic. The pool was good and clean and of course you have the ocean 50 m from your door. Room service also very good and other restaurants nearby. Heaven on earth!

Everything! Having stayed in 5 other places over 2 weeks we were looking forward to staying put for 5 final days of the holiday. Walking into the penthouse- if I’m honest, made me tear up. It was so beautiful. The views across the beach and the ocean, the spaciousness, the attention to detail. It’s an incredible place to stay. The staff were very helpful on checking in/out and the owner always available. The cows walking up the beach made my day too! Not something you see everyday 😂

“A fabulous property!”

The apartment has a great view. It has all the facilities required for a stay - over and above in fact as there were crab crackers, cheese toasters etc beyond the usual items. It's a large apartment with plenty of space and is well decorated. The jacuzzi is lovely (not sure if the temperature can be increased which would be nice - didn't check but it felt a little cool once the sun went down but still nice). Host communication was great. Staff were also great. Highly recommended stay!

“Best stay in Nilaveli”

Wonderful place to stay near Nilaveli - it's a huge apartment located in a condominium equipped with all the services and amenities you might need during your stay. The staff was great, different services were available (we had a shared pool, a private jacuzzi on the rooftop, a café where you could go to eat or order room service, etc.), and there was also a security guard at the entrance. The apartment was clean, beds were comfortable, Wi-Fi was working well and you have an amazing view on the beach and sea. On top of that, sleeping with the sound of waves in the background was priceless! Moreover, there's also a bank with ATM and foreign exchange services located at 2-3 minutes (by car) from the condominium. Last but not least, our hosts were friendly, always available, and they also helped us when we changed our check-in/check-out times!
