“Highly recommend”

We loved the location on the lagoon. Great food and drink. Super, friendly staff. Clean large bedrooms. Upgraded to luxury suite with jacuzzi. Large comfy beds. Great A-C. Well managed pool. Short tuk tuk ride or walk to beach and bars. Great massage with Pudu. (25 mins from Nilaveli beach in taxi- well worth that.)

“Wonderful Hotel”

Everything. The hotel is truly beautiful. Our room was enormous and had a jacuzzi in the room 😎The gardens are kept meticulously. The lovely pool and pool jacuzzi are tended by the most wonderful pool attendant who always ensures that he has towels available. We also took a canoe ride out into the lagoon and he was our guide. We were the only ones out on the lagoon save for a solitary fisherman. Paddling through the mangroves was magical as was the array of birdlife. Afterwards we enjoyed great cocktails and chilled by the pool. Breakfast was very good as was bar food. We did not eat much or dinner at the hotel but only because we wanted to explore local offerings. Lastly it would be remiss not to mention the outstanding staff at the hotel who were attentive and very polite and made our stay a delight.

Spacious, comfortable en suite rooms with seating area and jacuzzi bath and beautiful views. Loved the restaurant food (thank you chef Suneth!) and the bar. We arrived at 4pm and by 4.30pm were in a kayak heading out into the beautiful lagoon with a mini picnic for a spectacular sunset, which we watched from a rock whilst enjoying the peace, views and wildlife (esp the eagles). Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and we had a couple of the best massages we’ve ever enjoyed 😊 Fascinating area to visit.

It’s a beautiful property right by the water. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and clean. Excellent communication by the hotel staff with quick responses via WhatsApp. The food was superb, in particular the lake chilli crab we had for dinner. Massage was wonderful. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Friendly staff. Very helpful. Room was lovely. Very spacious with a great outlook to the pool & lagoon. Good water pressure in shower. Only ate breakfast in the restrauant and that was excellent on both mornings. Loved the pancakes along with curd & treacle and some papaya & pineapple.
