“One-night stay”

Very friendly owners. The room and the house were very clean. The house is situated in a rural peaceful area with an amazing view over The Julian Alps. The centre of a town is within walking distance about 1,5-2 km. Breakfast was tasty with various products both sweet and cold meats. Guests have access to the kitchen with a kettle to prepare tea or coffee. You can also taste a very delicious home-made cake! You can stay longer or treat this place as a transit accommodation. The Internet connection is very good. You can park your car just near the house behind the gate.

“Perfect place to recharge”

We spent here one night only. It was the perfect place to recharge in a quiet and nice place. The window goes to the garden, but the panorama around the property was wow! Marisa, the owner was very welcoming and nice. She is not perfect in English, but speak slowly and you will understand each other. :) The kitchen was well-equipped, we were able to cook a decent dinner for ourselves and eat it on the terrace. The room was also nice with own bathroom. At the breakfast, everything was amazing, especially the cake! We are very very grateful!

The location of the apartment guarantees undisturbed sleep, it is located in a quiet place and yet close to the center of Tricesimo. Mrs. Marisa is very helpful and kind to guests.

Very cozy place in quiet neighborhood . We stayed for only one night but we felt very welcome. Owners are super nice. Everything was clean, parking next to the property, breakfast was very tasty and generous.

“A quiet and pleasant place to stay or just a transit overnight”

Excellent Italian breakfast, sweet cakes, coffee, salami, cheese, pastries, fruit juices. A quiet place outside the city with a large garden, the bedroom faces north - fresh air during the night and in the summer, it's great to sleep here.

Excellent B&B . Like a grandmother home))) comfortable, friendly, and very nice palace to stay. Definitely recommend.

It was my third stay. Bathrooms were renovated. Rooms are clean and cosy. Wonderful view as it is situated on the suburbs. Good breakfast and home-made cake. Very nice and friendly hosts. I really recommend. Monika
