“Quiet place, easy to find, cute little centro storico in walking distance.”
Nice little room with terrace. Quite simply equipped common kitchen. Easy parking, there is even a grocery store right at the entrance of the building. About 15 minutes walk from the little, beautiful city center.

“Looks and feels like a showroom. Not a warm place to stay.”
The place is quite a surprise and does not correspond to expectations. It is located on the border of Tricase by the main road with lots of traffic in an old cement apartment building that is not very well maintained. You enter on the first floor to the right to a space that feels very uncomfortable, as there is no staff on site and it is all automated and the decoration of the place looks and feels like what you would find in a showroom for hotel decorations. It makes for a very uncomfortable stay and it is not at all warm and welcoming. The way the rooms are setup and the lack of staff does not make the space feel safe. There is a weird smell in the room that is a mix of cigarette smoke and cleaning liquid. Also, the morning “breakfast” is a pity and the coffee machine is not well maintained (needs to be serviced). I was very surprised that this hotel had such glowing reviews and decided to look closer at the ones I’ve seen on google only to realize that they were all fake.
