It is a beautiful 16th century Palazzo, renovated and open to tourists and visitors. However, we felt like guests, and not customers. Stefania, her family and staff were delightful. It isn't really a commercial venture, more a labour of love to introduce the produce of Basilicata and support tourism to Tricarico. It is ideally suited to explore the beautiful countryside, particularly Castelmezzano and the Lucanian Dolomites. We were made feel very welcome and the hospitality is what stays with you. Everything was perfect - the room, location, breakfast, hospitality... Beautiful historical palazzo, furnished with style looking towards cathedral. Hosts are very polite and friendly, easy to communicate with. Room is very confortable and has everything one could need.

Outstanding and fascinating place - many compliments to the owner for taking this project on. A beautiful palazzo full of interesting antiques and art in the centre of Tricarico. Bedrooms modernised (without losing their authenticity) for a very comfortable stay. Lovely staff. We’ll remember this for a very long time.

The palazzo was so nice and beautiful. Tricarico is a nice village and the surroundings very pretty. The staff was very helpful and kind . We definitely want to come back again.

Tastefully reconstructed historical palazzo in the middle of the town. Special feeling and opportunity to be able to visit and stay in such a building. There are only few rooms for hotel guests, the building is still also used by its owner as a holiday house. The lady from the reception was very helpful and provided among practical info also information about the history of the building and the reconstruction.
