Alfonso ensured we had everything we needed. 2 from our group went on a horse ride which was very much enjoyed. I regret to have only spend 1 night

Great farm stay. Amazing scenery and nature. We did horse back riding. Walked to the river and had a swim in the private waterfall, which was amazing. Owners were really friendly and helpful. 100%? Recommended

“Perfect place to stay before White Water Rafting”

This place was a real gem - the owner was really helpful and gave us lots of information on arrival. Lovely little place, with a small kitchen too. Beds were really comfy. There's a local supermarket and great pizza place nearby too. There was a bus stop right outside the property (although we arrived by taxi) but we took the local bus to Turrialba and caught a bus from there to San Jose which was really easy and very cheap. Lots to do on the farm - lots of lovely animals, a swing, waterfall and frog pond. Really enjoyed our two night stay here

Outstanding comfort, view and host. Walk to waterfall just after dawn was worth the scramble down. Local village soda fed us well.

“Amazing stay, highly recommended!”

This stay was one of our favorites in Costa Rica! We traveled all over and loved Alfonso and the whole staff. We had access to the whole property and enjoyed exploring! The farm was amazing! We watched fireflies at night and swung on the giant swing in the morning. The hosts thought of everything from WiFi to breakfast in bed in the morning. Everything was perfect! I couldn’t recommend this property more.

“Fantastic”

Amazing, fantastic, wonderful. We only booked for 2 nights before going Whitewater rafting, we loved it so much we ended up staying an extra 3 nights. Breakfast was lovely. Our host Alfonso was amazing, he really looked after us. It was fun not having electricity makes you realise that you don’t need a lot. Loved feeding the animals and driving down to the river. We would go back . Thank you Alfonso.

“Beautiful farm stay”

The farm is beautiful, took a drive to view points and then had a swim in the river. The glamming tent looks great, in a private position. We didn’t stay in it though. Farm has horses, goats and friendly dogs. Owner very helpful and friendly. We stayed in the cabin, which was well equipped. Two good restaurants close by. Breakfast was ok, gave us a huge portion.

Alfonso is a super friendly host! We enjoyed the tent and the farm very much. The view is just stunning!

“Clean, comfortable chalet close to the river and a waterfall swimming spot”

We booked here as an afterthought as our raft trip left from here but it is a real gem of a place. The chalet was comfortable and really well equipped and the setting is amazing. We arrived mid-afternoon and spent a couple of hours down by the river and did a short hike down to a waterfall and swimming spot (not an easy walk. It worth it). There are nice touches everywhere (there is a huge swing on the top of the hill with great views) and Alfonso is really helpful. You could definitely spend a good couple of days here.

Great location with great people in natural environment to explore

Awesome experience! Everyone was so friendly and the grounds were beautiful - lots to explore and do but peaceful where you can simply unwind with a view too. We did the waterfall hike (1/2 mile - steep with ropes in sections but able to do with young kids (6,5, and 3) - loved having the jungle to ourselves and the kids had fun in the pools. Lots of outlooks with covering to protect if raining. I would say our highlight was feeding the baby horses. Easy to access property alongside paved road and tasty restaurant nearby as dinner is not provided onsite.

The owner was superfriendly and helpful. We had a great time on the farm, a great exploration of the property and a refreshing bath in the river. lots of animals to see, ideal for animal lovers. delicious breakfast and coffee. highly recommended!

Such a wonderful place if you wish to be immersed into a farm life and nature. The host and all staff are super welcoming and accommodating, and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Be prepared to hear the sounds of the farm and to be surrounded by all kinds of animals - exactly what we love. The cabin was the perfect size for our family of 3 and had all the amenities we needed, including ground coffee that’s grown on the farm. The bed was comfy, the shower warm enough. We enjoyed exploring the property which is huge.
