“Superb Hotel in all fields”
Location, area, parking on street, private secure parking at a reasonable cost under the hotel (well worth it), spotlessly clean throughout, comfortable bed and room, warm and friendly welcome from Reception Staff throughout our stay a credit to the Horel.

The staff (especially reception) was exceptional. Their friendliness, eloquence, and professionalism made the experience a memorable one. The hotel’s cleanliness is outstanding. The room is spacious and was cleaned well on daily basis by the staff. The breakfast, while not having a great variety, did exactly what it is intended to do and tasted very good.

The hotel looks very new and clean. It is located in the area of Tres Cantos where you can also find nice restaurants. The breakfast was great, the staff was great! I enjoyed the stay!

Brand new facilities, all in perfect conditions and with a dedicated staff looking to every detail. Air conditioning via aerotermia was perfect in particular if you do not like the noise of fans and std equipment.

Good location for us in Tres Cantos, this is our second stay here. Staff a tree very friendly, rooms are small but very clean and modern. Breakfast is good, but only served from 7am so we only had it on one day.
