“A hidden gem for those loving nature plus comfort”

If you're seeking a getaway with some distance from the bustling beachside crowds, this villa with its exceptional location is perfect choice. It is nestled in a peaceful natural setting, surrounded by a forest of olive trees, giving you a true touch of nature. Yet, it's also conveniently close to the island's busier tourist areas, those brimming with souvenir shops, bustling eateries, lively bars, and crowded beaches that often define a destination like this island in general. Remarkably, all these attractions are just a short 5-10 minute drive away from this property. I found this villa to be brilliant in every sense. The spacious house with its inviting interiors, as well as the bedrooms and bathrooms maintain a satisfactory standard, in fact well above my expectations. The beds offer a comfortable night's sleep, the well-equipped kitchen and the adjacent outdoor grill area, accompanied by a king-size dining table, provide a perfect setting to finish up your day with your family. Considering the photo’s on booking sites, showing the place, it’s truly the “what you see is what you get” situation. The owners are nice and friendly, they are always ready to help you. You are also safe to take their advice on beaches and eating out, you won’t go wrong with them. And don't miss out on their homegrown products, which range from delicious (and healthy!) jams to their self-produced olive oil – all of exceptional quality!

“DEFINITION OF PERFECT GREEK HOLIDAY”

The house far exceeded our expectations! The villa is located in the middle of a hill, in an olive grove, with lemons, oranges and pines around, and the view simply takes your breath away. It was super clean, comfortable, very spacious and had many amenities. Wonderful hosts, very hospitable, helpful and friendly. They made sure that our stay was perfect! Pavlos - our host, I felt like the favorite uncle you go to every time with pleasure!!! He brought us a bunch of lemons, oranges, olive oil produced there on the farm... When leaving, he wanted to give each of us a bottle of wine from his own production. Thank you once again for everything! I recommend Ktima Dikopoulos - Villa Kirstin with all my heart.

The WIFI is very very slow :(

Villa Kirstin is very authentic, surrounded by more than 1000 organic olive trees and a traditional Greek style. The owners are very kind and helpful. There is a wineyard with local varieties of grapes. During our stay, we tried organic olive oil, jam, olives and fruits. You can buy and take home jams, olive oil, wines. The owner, Pavlos Dikopoulos is making red and white wines from his farm grapes. It was a very nice experience of tasting organic vines and local products. His recommended restaurants in Zakynthos was really good. We could feel the local people's atmosphere. Also, we had many recommendations for places to visit. It seems that we visited our friends. During our stay we enjoyed the view and the sunrise every morning. We would definitely like to come back.
