“A relaxing base with good service and nice views”

A hotel with genuine warmth and some real highlights. The staff were super lovely throughout the stay - organising taxis, offering a room upgrade and a discount on the spa, and always making sure you felt looked after. It felt like a 'family vibe'. The massage was exceptional and the dinner menu was impressive, with beautifully prepared food that was great value. The setting is pretty and the private pool room was fab with stunning views of olive trees and the sea in the distance. I'd note that the upgrade didn't have the panoramic sea view that the original room I booked offered — worth considering when booking. Bed and pillows were comfy and generally a pleasant stay!

Amazing! Absolutely would go again. The entire team of Elegance goes above and beyond to make your stay very pleasant and so so memorable. Stamatis and Krissi and their teams are super professional yet warm and fun; constantly thinking with you to make your stay even better. Breakfast is a feast with all options varying from fresh fruit, nuts, greek pastries to all types of bread, warm dishes, sausage and cereals. Rooms are awesome: super clean, beautiful, huge, luxurious and very very comfortable and all designed to give you a perfect experience and view. The location is stunning; amazing ocean views from the rooms as well as the pool and bar and restaurant; having breakfast or lunch you just can’t get enough of it. Perfect location for a calm stay to relax, with endless possibilities: you can stay at the hotel all day enjoying the great views, great food, relaxed vibes, some swimming and feel pampered and chill. Or go out and cruise the island’s many beautiful spots. It’s situated higher and between green olive tree fields so the direct environment is very calming and quiet, yet within 3-5 minute drive you’re amidst it all - if you wish. Great restaurants and lovely beaches nearby. Great central location to travel from to all hotspots + airport. We were even offered a free upgrade and some extra time checking out which was amazing and really added to our special baby moon. Nothing more to wish for. We’ll be back.

“Beyond my expectations”

Honestly I don’t know where to begin with how impressed I am. My husband and I were worried we couldn’t make a “baby moon” work budget wise and we found this amazing place for a really reasonable price. When we got there we were treated like royalty by all the staff and the manager is exceptional. Not only did we get to check in early, we got upgraded to a private pool in honour of the upcoming baby and got to check out late as well. We could only make 3 days work for our budget and this made the absolute most of them. I can’t believe how incredible everyone was to us it made it so special and so memorable we already can’t wait to come back. Thank you all for your kindness and hospitality and we will see you again at your beautiful hotel.

The hotel upgraded us to a room with a private pool which was fantastic. My only comment is that the private pools could do with a good scrub I think!

The hotel manager, Chrysa, one of the kindest soul we’ve met on our trip to Zakynthos, an uncanny double of Ellen DeGeneres, welcomed us with such warmth and grace that we felt instantly at home. To our surprise, she upgraded us to a stunning suite with a private pool, and my jaw practically dropped at the sight of its modern, stylish design. A chilled bottle of champagne and a fruit basket waited for us, a thoughtful touch that spoke volumes about their hospitality. It was such an unexpected and generous gesture, especially considering we had only booked a standard double room. The space radiated quiet luxury, and every detail from the soft lighting to the serene pool view made it feel like a private sanctuary we never wanted to leave.

Our stay was amazing. We received a room upgrade, the room was clean and confortable with a private pool and a nice view. The staff was kind and the food was delicious. The restaurant ambient was also very nice. The manager was very kind and was always hosting all the guests.

Everything was amazing. Warm welcome from the hotel manager, beautiful suites, delish food, extremely kind staff, beautiful view. We even tried the massage procedures, which were really relaxing. Definitely worth a visit :)

Everything the property is amazing, the staff are out of this world, this was our second year in a row going and we will definitely be back next year. The place is like paradise and the staff treat you like royalty. The place is spotlessly clean and the food is excellent. You will not find a better place than this!!

Incredibile professionalism of Mrs Crissa, the manager of the hotel. Excellent breakfast with a wide choice of quality and incredibly kind and attentive staff. The spa lady was very good, I had a great sports-decontracting massage. Well equipped gym.

“Lovely Stay ! Would reccomend it!”

Everything was lovely ! All staff and manager are really sweet and catered to anything we needed. The pool and the whole is very clean. Very relaxing and If yoy are with a car its really close to the nearby town. Around 10 mins max. AC is very good also and the coffee is great. We were on our honeymoon and at no cost were also upgraded to one fo the Deluxe rooms. Even tho it got busy with other guests.

Everything! Beautiful property away from the noise, but still an easy walk away from restaurants and shops. Great, helpful staff - a big highlight was Stematis at the hotel bar, who was super kind and made sure we had everything we needed. We were also upgraded to an amazing suite which had its own pool!

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location is perfect – close to everything, but still peaceful and quiet. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. I truly felt welcomed and well taken care of. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back!
