Super clean, close to all the baths and a great breakfast place. Comfortable beds, host greeted us despite not knowing the exact arrival time. Bathroom was clean and modern.

Spacious and extremely well furnished and equipped (particularly if you want to do any cooking). Quiet location at the end of the major tourist/onsen street. The owner was friendly and helpful.

Our stay at this property was absolutely wonderful. The villa is spacious, spotlessly clean, and located in a prime area—ideal for both relaxation and easy access to local attractions. Every essential amenity was thoughtfully provided, making it incredibly easy to settle in. We especially appreciated the clear English instructions for all appliances, which made everything simple to use. The overall setup was not only functional but also welcoming and accessible. The property manager/owner was outstanding—responsive, generous, and genuinely caring. One of the highlights was being given access to the private baths at a sister property, which was a truly luxurious experience. The location was great, Not too far from the main Centre of town. Bar Seven became our go-to spot for relaxing nightcaps, and there were plenty of great dinner options nearby—GINA Pizza was a standout favorite! Highly recommended for anyone seeking a stay that combines comfort, convenience, and exceptional service.

“Lovely apartment tucked away at the end of town.”

Superb apartment in Kinosaki Onsen. For a family Of 5 it was perfect with lots of room for sleeping and luggage. Bathroom was excellent and a well equipped kitchen was appreciated. The check in process was simple. Also approaches were the free yukata (traditional Japanese bathrobe) which we used to attend the local hot spring bathhouses throughout the town.
